SESSION NINE

DISCOVERING & KNOWING YOUR SG ABILITIES

1. Knowing that it is Gods will to have, know and use your SG

a. It is Gods will 1 Corinthians 12 Each one (1Peter 4)

b. You cannot use SG without knowing

c. Faithful use is the ultimate goal 1Peter 4

2. Discovery deals with the reception and manifestation of SG

a. SG given at the moment of salvation

b. SG given at the moment of being Filled with the Holy Spirit

c. SG given as others pray for you

d. SG given as you seek and pray

3. Knowing your spiritual gifts by

a. Manifestation/internal witness of HS or desire of gift

b. Holy Spirit says so

c. Confirmation by permanent presence

d. Confirmation by others

e. Confirmation by use

Note: What about spiritual gifts tests? They can be good but should only be used as a final and complimentary confirmation.
