Delphine Allen is a licensed and ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She accepted Jesus at an early age and has a heart to help others develop an intimate relationship with God. She is a mentor to many women, gifted speaker, Bible teacher, and anointed prayer leader who is passionate about Jesus!

Delphine is the President & CEO of DLA Empowerment Life Coaching. Her coaching and mentoring firm provides training for individuals, ministries, small businesses and entrepreneurs in the areas of Spiritual Growth, Personal Development, Leadership and Communication.

Delphine Allen has served in many ministries in the Ohio area since relocating in 1992 (including small groups, mentoring, discipleship and community outreach). She is the author of The Fragrance of Prayer and Your Life, His Garden. Locally, Delphine is the Pastor of Prayer at The House of the Lord Church in Akron. She organized the prayer ministry 13 years ago. In addition she has worked with many national leaders and groups helping to facilitate prayer workshops, spiritual warfare sessions and prayer rallies. Delphine is a contributor on Pause for Prayer which airs on WCRF, the Cleveland Moody radio station.

She is also a founding partner, coach and speaker with the John Maxwell Team; speaking both nationally and internationally. She enjoys reading, writing and spending time with her family. Lindsay Shuman has been ministering for 12 years. Her passion is to help people see the greatness that lies within them and catapult them into their destiny. She has been happily married to her husband Joe for 10 years and together they have three little ones; Tristan, Sydney, and Quinn. They also lead short term mission trips through Crossroads International and minister in India. As well as ministering, she also owns a business that she operates out of her home.

Shelly Dizdar began ministry in music at the age of 5 years old. She continued in ministry writing and directing plays, serving and directing in worship, children's and women's ministry including nine years as a counseling supervisor at Akron Pregnancy Services. Shelly has been a career woman at various stages of her life, served along with her husband Russ in a pastorate for almost 30 years while opening her home for others to find hope, healing and a sense of family life both short term and long term.

Shelly presently has a radio podcast Light Along The Way, a weekly column in the Shatter the Darkness Pre-emptor newsletter, does conference speaking, serves on the Advisory Board of Akron Pregnancy Services and in the nursery and prayer ministry of Relentless Church. She holds a weekly spiritual warfare prayer group in her home as well as hosts a monthly Bible study and serves as an occasional conference organizer, wedding planner and photographer.

Shelly enjoys ministering to others as she travels around the country with her husband Russ who is a radio host, book author and conference speaker. Her greatest joy has been mothering their miracle child Charity Lynne who is now 23 years old. Her free time is spent reading as well as shopping thrift stores and yard sales leaving no time to go to the gym.
