HOW TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AT SALVATION

STUDY OVER PSALM 103 WHAT BENEFITS ARE REVEALED?
So many things occur at the moment of salvation that it takes some time to discover all the 'benefits' that are included with and because of salvation. We are told in Hebrews2:3 not to ...." ignore such a great salvation?''. Salvation changes everything. God sees you different now that your saved. See what the Word of God says in Colossians 1:21 ''Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of your evil behavior. 22 But now he has reconciled you by Christ's physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation—''
I want to encourage you to open your heart to God's teaching and dig into the Biblical revelation of the dephts of this salvation you now have. Let each scripture imprint its truth in your life.
WHAT HAPPENED AT SALVATION?
1. CHRIST ENTERED YOUR LIFE AT THE MOMENT OF SALVATION

that I myself may be in them."
These are the foundational things that occur at the moment of salvation
A. You are totally FORGIVEN

C. You are in living FELLOWSHIP
D. You have all this FOREVER
2. THIS SALVATION INCLUDES THESE GREAT TRUTHS
Along with New Life in Christ we have
A. A New Position
You stand before God as His child. You are "Justified"

B. A New Power
Dwelling in you is a new power to live and do God's will

C. A New Nature
The fallen sin code is broken and a new operating 'code'
of life is in you.

D. New Promises
God has given you all that He is and all that He has promised.

3. THIS SALVATION IS AN EXPERIENCE/EVENT AND A PROCESS WITH
A GOAL
There are three main terms that describe the full scope
of this great salvation.
JUSTIFICATION
I am saved and right before God. I have peace and fellowship
with God. God sees me as clean and as His child. I am as
clean, close and accepted by God as possible.....because of
the life, cross and blood of Jesus Christ.
SACTIFICATION
I am empowered to live for Christ, to be like him. I have
been given Victory over the flesh/sin nature, the fallen
world and the devil. I am called to grow and can serve
God with joy. I will bear fruit and have His help all my life.
GLORIFICATION
Because of being saved and Justified I will be instantly
In an atomic flash my motal body with go from mortal to
immortal and I shall have an eternal body. This is the goal
of my salvation.
I will see God face to face.
