They are clearly out there and burning the midnight oil! Satanic or Luciferic covens and groups have grown by leaps and bounds in the last 50 years. In one of my courses (satanism 101) I give 24 hours of sessions with notes and resources that spell out the basics in this dark agendas evolution.
As we has said now many times 'if you find one victim of satanic ritual abuse' you can could on the fact that there are 30 to 100 other victims in the area and a larger networked coven that has operated for years.
As in the days of Ezekiel where a supernaturally hidden coven was present and operative for a very long time so now there are many covens across this nation…most likely in every city from coast to coast. Community and religious leaders were a part of this detestable underground all the while they lived and were seen as 'normal' citizens just like everyone else.

Listen to rumors, law enforcement and others
Listen and be led by the Holy Spirit
Hunt them and be patient
Ask and you will receive, seek and you will fine…
5. GET PREPARED AND GO FIND THEM
Count the coast
Spiritual warfare
Build teams
Protection and safety issues
Back up of others
You may become the hunted
Be ready for ministry to victims and those who are lost
Research and gather info and a network
6. WHY SHOULD WE GO AFTER THIS UNDERGROND
To stop it
To turn them in
To rescue the victims
To stop them from future work
To crush the dark powers that is in operation
Bring exposure and warn others
