The two great questions for millions are:

The first one is what many have grappled with for years…..DOES GOD EXIST?
The second is extremely vital and may be what we are really concerned with.
If God exists, (and this writer knows He does and knows Him personally) that is  if a personal being of infinite power, presence, wisdom, knowledge and more really is there then we must ask the next question:
WHAT KIND OF GOD IS HE? That is, is He good? Kind? Does He care were we are as a human race? Will this God of the universe intervene if I call out to Him?
With the new insights to ‘intelligent design’ and the push to acknowledge that an architect is behind the awe striking power of the universe, DNA, and the order of life it begs the question….is it God. If we are beyond the concept of a ‘chance’ universe and chance humanity……out of nothing something is here concept….. then the power of meaning, origins and purpose are bursting at the seams for content!
If there is no God or personal being behind the origins and meaning of the universe and us then what?  Yes Mr. Atheist what?  Mr. Agnostic what?  What is your answer?  Do you have anything for origins, meaning or purpose of this life?  What do you tell your children?
We don’t know where we came from, we don’t know who we are, and we don’t know why we’re here or what we’re really supposed to do. We don’t know why there is evil and pain, we don’t know the why of unending war or death and we 'atheists’ and 'agnostics' don’t have any answers……we only know we don’t believe there is a God.

A child could say, since you don’t know much then how can you know there is no God?
Skeptics have no hope. Really! ask some what they believe in. They can say a lot about how you can’t ‘prove’ God but they have nothing………absolutely nothing to offer us.

Some skeptics are only mad. They make movies like ‘THE GOLDEN COMPASS’ which bombed. My teenage daughter wanted to see so we did.  It was gloomy and void of meaning or final answers. I don’t see that movie becoming a child favorite.
But God is there. In theology we say that God is a necessary being. That is;  that someone with the power, intelligence, and personhood is behind the vast universe and the incredible world we live on. Some being so big must be there for all this around us to be here, for us to be here.
In his books Francis Schaffer takes people to the ‘logical conclusions’ about the existence of the universe, us, meaning, purpose and eternity.  He seems to easily explain the existence of God and why He must be there.

If we believe a ‘big’ intelligence made all this and us then the following questions must be looked at.
Is that intelligence aliens? You know some master race who ‘seeded’ this planet and left us here in the muck and mire. Well excuse me then, can we say ‘dam’ the aliens?

If they made us who are they? Are they omnipresent, omniscience and omni-powerful? Are they infinite and eternal cuz if they are finite and had a beginning then who was here before them?
If someone made them…who? Bigger aliens? Where is the uncaused infinite cause of it all?

Those who chase after aliens as our creators have not done their homework.

A first uncaused cause is here and has been here all along. A being that is uncreated, infinite and already eternal must be there …..right?      If so is it or He good?

Since man can’t rip open the veil (sin and satan ) and show us God then God must and God can. We call it ‘REVELATION’.
God had revealed His existence through nature, thus He is THERE…HERE and has always been. The issue is really, what is He like?

Once again we need ‘revelation’. That is that God who can’t be explored by man might reveal Himself to us. If only He would show us what He is like. If only He would speak to us, if only He would step in and help and show us His works.
Will God explain the what, why and how? Will He tell us of origins, evil, life, death and especially living forever?

Yes, in thousands of words…………Words that are alive. Have you read them?

The Bible is the only book in existence whose author is in and is always present with it. It is a special revelation and it is Spirit (supra naturally and personally) given.

But will this God ever reveal Himself beyond mere words and deeds?
Well …………..yes!

That would take an INCARNATION, God becoming one of us.

If you don't know Him you really should read all you can about Him. Why not? I know one thing for sure, He is reading you and seeking you too.
