Prophecy in the New Testament may be the most authenticating 'miracle' that you can study. The New Testament is 1/3 prophecy . There are major future events for-told. Not only do we get to see a glimpse of the return of Christ and pictures into heaven, we are also shown snap shots of the strategic agenda of radical evil. A simple reading of 2 Thessalonians chapter 2 will show you both the future of satnic events and the awesome events of Christ ( actual future history).
In studying prophecy you are literally studying future history. In college years ago I sought to study 'futurology'. This was a study of predictive insights of think tanks and futurologists who studied the past and current trends, they would then 'guesstimate' how near future events might happen. This was clearly not an exact science.
Biblical prophecy is a phenomenon in a category all its own. Take a look at 1Peter 1:10 Concerning this salvation, the prophets, who spoke of the grace that was to come to you, searched intently and with the greatest care, 11trying to find out the time and circumstances to which the Spirit of Christ in them was pointing when he predicted the sufferings of Christ and the glories that would follow. 12It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves but you, when they spoke of the things that have now been told you by those who have preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven. Even angels long to look into these things.
Only an infinite God can speak of future events and cause them to happen 100% all of the time.....finite beings can hardly scratch the surface!

With heads bowed reverently, Democrats were led in prayer yesterday by a Muslim imam who essentially asked Allah to assist in converting the party members to Islam, according to a scholar and author.
Robert Spencer, director of Jihad Watch and author of "The Truth about Muhammad," took note of the prayer given at the Democratic National Committee winter meeting by Husham Al-Husainy, imam of the Karbalaa Islamic Education Center, a shiite mosque in Dearborn, Mich.
According to a transcript of the prayer, which can be seen on a video clip provided by HotAir.com, the imam said:
In the name of God the most merciful, the most compassionate. We thank you, God, to bless us among your creations. We thank you, God, to make us as a great nation. We thank you God, to send us your messages through our father Abraham and Moses and Jesus and Muhammad.

Though they do have a wrong emphasis on what blasphemy is. They are pretty arrogant and very dangerous. Are they mearly revealing their desire to get rid of God? Rid their conscience ? Or are they revealing there anger at God for some disappointment in their lives? Not sure yet but what I did notice is that they have NOTHING to offer in place of God. Rome and the Nero's didn't get rid of God or Christians so I don't think they will come close either. It is sad though that they drag young people into their expensive charade. Anyone out there call to reach YOUTH FOR CHRIST?
